Popular N Ironwood Loc in nice neighborhood & Central Air! Activities Inside & Out! Minutes to hiking, Waterfalls, Lake Superior, Copper Peak. Main level has master, full bath, kitchen w/new appl inc. dishwasher & gas range, coffee bar, living room w/TV fireplace console, sleeper & workspace. Upstairs w/bedroom w queen pillowtop, & second bed/flexroom with 2 beds, half bath & TV. Basement-ping pong, PACMAN, & dartboard & shower. New deck backs to woods, creek & plenty of deer & wild life.
Super cozy and perfect for a couple, yet the second floor offers the opportunity for additional guests.
Upstairs features 2 rooms: One bedroom w/queen & another large flex/bedroom with dbl and twin beds, TV, and half bath. NOTE: Entrance to add`l bedroom w queen bed is thru this room!
Additionally, upon request we have a new Simmons 17` Rest Aire Queen Air Mattress.
Large Heated basement w/ping pong table, electric dart board, shower, , washer & 2 dryers for your use!
Entire house; there is an attached garage; however, it is scheduled for a rebuild this summer. Garage door disabled and structure not secure for vehicle storage; however, may accommodate snowmobiles but please message me first if interested.
Prefer to use front door for entry/exit.
We don’t live next door ;)
We reside out of state; however, my family lives in Ironwood and available to help out if needed!
Well established safe neighborhood. Located on Lake Rd so the roads are always maintained and routinely plowed.
Long Deep Driveway- room for trailer. Garage is available for storage but currently not for car parking. New large back deck & Plenty of backyard space to roam & relax
Heated Basement has full size washer, 2 dryers, old basement shower,, dart board, and ping pong table.
Super large driveway!
Large charcoal grill, a few bikes, corn hole game stored in garage for your use
Please- no candles upstairs!

Great stay at this property. Stocked well with everday essentials. The house was clean. The basement has ping pong table and fun games. Nice deck on the side as well as a big back yard. Deer came by every evening as well as some turkeys. Beds were comfortable. It is on a busy road that they were paving the entire time we were there. A few good restaurants in town but many closed Sunday and Monday. A nice 20 minute drive to Lake Superior as well as state forests close by.
