About this house rental
This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, family holidays, or a wonderful getaway for a couple.
This is a new listing, just changed to vacation rental this year. All the furniture and amenities are brand new.
The space
This beautiful house has spacious 3 bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms (One bathroom downstairs, another full bathroom in the En-suite of the master bedroom, and another separate bathroom upstairs: all bathrooms are full bathrooms with toilet and shower). This house has enough space for your family to have a wonderful family holiday.
One bedroom has a King Bed, other two have queen beds. There is a pullout couch in the living area and a Rollaway bed.
This place has a Fully Equipped Kitchen, intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :)

Cancellation Policy:
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.

The house is decent and located in a good neighborhood and about 30-35 mins away from the Boothbay harbor. The instructions from the host were pretty clear. The house had ample towels and toiletries. The one thing I would like to mention is the host should think about providing fans in all the rooms, since there is no ventilation and they have only one spilt air conditioning unit in the passage upstairs which does not give air to the 3 individual rooms. It got really hot in the rooms.

We had a pleasant stay at the house with total 5 ppl. The house are still quite new, however, we would suggest to update all the cookware like frying pans and the pots. Also, it would be great if there is a BBQ grill available. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this house, 30 mins drive from Acadia park and close by all the supermarkets and shops.
