This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The house was absolutely beautiful. We rented two units and it was plenty big enough for my family (18 of us). The house needs some minor updating such as the rooftop furniture, and the garage game room. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We had some issues with plumbing, and a few lights not working but they immediately sent someone out to fix it. Later in the stay we realized the dish washer did not work at all and we couldn’t find all the remotes to the tvs(minor issues). This place could very easily be 5 stars with just a few updates and minor maintenance repairs.

Nice location, lots of rooms and beds. Central air worked great for the big space and nice water pressure in showers. There were some standout issues. Like only 1 kitchen towel and 1 kitchen wash cloth for this huge unit. Dishwasher smelt like garbage and never worked. Agian had to hand wash dishes with only 1 towel. And we contacted the rental place and they said they were going to fix it but we never seen anyone. Lots of the kitchen ware was either broken ,missing, and seen better days. Very hard to cook for a group of 13. Half the roof top furniture was broken from weather dry rot. And the cushions needed replaced. It definitely needed a deeper clean. Plus there were alot of TVs and Ceiling fans but half were missing remotes so we couldn't use. Overal it was a decent place but hopefully they fix these issues.
