Pegasus Rest will be your “go to” vacation home for years to come! With an ocean front master suite that opens onto the deck, a second ocean front bedroom, three full baths and a spacious living area, this home offers comfort and room for 12! All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and are brightly decorated. Easy walkway down to the sand is an extra benefit! Watch and hear the waves from the screened porch on the first level, or perhaps catch sight of dolphins swimming from the upstairs covered deck. Either way, Pegasus Rest will not disappoint! Just south of the Garden City Pier, it's a great location for your family to enjoy all that the area offers.

The property was beautiful! We met my family for Thanksgiving week! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishes and cooking items. We loved the decks outside and all of the furniture that was provided!

Very nice property, beautiful locationMy only suggestion is that they need new bathroom rugs( they were very dirty) and they should leave some cleaning supplies on site so guests can clean up after themselves.

Many things about The Wave were good: location, layout, price. But it needs some serious fixing up: hole in the wall, badly marred walls, screens out on the porch, lots of mold & mildew, kitchen wares, blinds falling apart. I would not rent this property again.
