For at-home meal planning, the kitchen comes well-equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The ocean view balcony is the perfect perch for enjoying everything from morning coffee to afternoon cocktails. After you've had your fill of fun for the day, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the flatscreen TV.
Both bedrooms come equipped with flatscreen TVs for guest convenience. The primary bedroom features private access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom.

Guests will pick up a check-in envelope at the Vacasa office on the day of your reservation. The office is located 6.5 miles from Prince Resort. The check-in envelope will contain two swipe keys that open the condo's door.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

View was beautiful, Condo was dated, Balcony furniture was dirty and living room chairs were worn. Would stay again if Condo was updated. Best view on the beach.

This property is RIGHT on the beach and is connected to Cherry Grove Pier. The unit we stayed in was very suitable for my husband and me and would be great for a family of 4 as it has two bedrooms. Both rooms had full-size beds in them. The mattresses in the master were both very comfortable and we slept well. We dined out for all of our meals, but the kitchen was stocked with the basics if you prefer to cook. The couch was fine for us but is dated, and has less padding than would be comfortable for my plus-sized mother-in-law who often travels with us. I cannot speak to the amenities of the resort, because we did not use them and preferred to spend our time hiking on the beach, and in local parks. A plus for disabled folks, there are 3 elevators, and I found them to be very efficient. Another important detail is that this part of the beach is very quiet- which is great. However, we prefer restaurants and activities within walking distance. These are available but require a minimum of 1/2 mile walk. With that all said, we would come back to this area, but would likely choose something further down towards N. Myrtle. If fishing, or quiet is what you like- this is a GREAT location for you!

Place was very nice, but between driving around to get key, then having to go to lobby to get parking pass, coffee maker issues, and too many added on fees, I will not use this company again.
