You will have have access to the entire basement suite and there are no other access doors to the space.

We will do our best at answering your questions as quickly as possible.

Parkallen is a quiet neighbourhood, located near the Southgate Shopping Centre and University of Alberta South Campus. A splash park, playground, coffee shop, and ice cream shop are nearby.

Free parking is available all down the street near the home. Transit options include: Bus, LRT, Uber, Taxi`s, e-bikes, and e-scooters.

✦ Please note ✦ We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization (no charges are taken) on the payment method on file and will be refunded automatically within 7 days after your departure (granted that there is no missing items, damages, broken house rules, etc. to our home). Please note that Mystique Properties reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1,000 to the method of payment on file if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover a claim.

All stays longer than 30 days will be subject to additional cleaning fees.

✦ Our home does have a separate rental suite on the main level which is also a short term rental. These spaces are completely separate with their own
private entrance and no space is shared between the units. If you are interested in renting the entire house, please contact us and we can see if we have it available for you.

✦ Remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel, so please treat the place with respect.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
-This is a NON-PARTY home. If there is evidence of a party happening at the property, the booking will be immediately canceled and no refunds shall be given. A fee of $500 will be applied.

- Guest`s account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.

- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

- The maximum occupancy on this property is 4 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.

- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
