This home is ideal for a family gathering. We had four couples in the home and had plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood is beautiful and centrally located to shopping, to downtown Prescott, and to Prescott Valley. The view from the sun room and from the huge patio provided us with a nature experience, including a visit from a small herd of deer. The home was sparkling clean, had all the amenities promised, and lots of blankets and extra pillows. The host was responsive to questions and most pleasant to deal with. We stayed four nights and will definitely return when the opportunity arises. Highly recommend this property! Oh, and we avoided the steep driveway and parked on the street with no problem.

This was a great gathering place for our friends of 50 years.We had everything we needed, and felt so comfortable and relaxed there. The photos don’t do it justice.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The bedding is excellent, as is the ability to retire in many private spaces.Access to Costco and TJs very close by was all we needed for supplies. Plus, there are many restaurants in the area.I highly recommend this property. Also, it was my first time dealing with a VRBO. I was a little apprehensive, but the owner is very communicative and a joy to deal with.I am sure our group of friends will be back.

Pretty good stay overall. Grill did not work and driveway is very steep.
