The villa Antonio in Calpe has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. Located in a quiet urbanization in Calpe and ideal for families.
Distribution of the accommodation:
The accommodation has 150 m² of living space, divided into two independent floors and communicated by external stairs.
On the first floor and going down a flight of stairs of 7 steps, we find the first flat with a living room with decorative fireplace, separate kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a glazed terrace.
On the lower floor and going down a second flight of stairs of 13 steps, we find the second independent flat, with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living-dining room with decorative fireplace, glazed terrace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a full bathroom with shower. On this floor you will also have access to a pleasant barbecue area with table for outdoor dining.
Outside the villa:
From the barbecue area and going down a flight of stairs, we reach the swimming pool with Roman stairs to access inside, outdoor shower and sun loungers area for sunbathing.
The villa has a covered parking area at the entrance of the villa, at street level, as can be seen in the photos.
It is located 1 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the rocky beach ‘Cala Les Urques “, 2 km from the sandy beach ”Playa de puerto blanco’, 3 km from the supermarket, 4 km from the train station of Calpe, 4 km from the centre of Calpe, and 78 km from the airport of Alicante.
