Breakers 2173 at Big Fish Rentals
This oceanfront condo is located on the top floor of the Breakers Paradise Tower. It has a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The condo has two queen beds and a Murphy bed, and sleeps up to six. Linens are provided. The condo is professionally cleaned to a high standard. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs, as well as free onsite parking.
The Space:

Once you enter the bedroom area, you'll pass through the kitchen and into the living room, which leads to the balcony. The balcony has amazing ocean views, which are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit has a full kitchen with a full-sized cooktop, microwave, and fridge.
Guest Access:
This rental includes the entire space plus access to all of the building's amenities. We want you to feel at home during your stay. Please, don't hesitate to ask if you need anything.
The Neighborhood:
This property is conveniently located just steps from the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pools, walking on the beach, and dining at the on-site restaurants. The property is just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are also just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to get around town. There is also Turo, which allows you to rent a car from a private individual. If you have any questions about getting around town, please feel free to send me a message.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that guests will not be able to use the fitness room or the waterslides at The Cove. This room is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in designated areas outside. This is a personally owned condo, not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home. If you have any problems, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. There is no one living on-site 24/7, so please contact us if you need anything.

The unit was nothing special but it was clean. Could use an update. It had everything we needed. The amenities were very nice but the lazy river could have been cleaner as we found multiple cigarette butts in it. The free breakfast was not great and we really aren’t that picky. Check in and out was easy and fast. Communication was excellent.

Nothing in a description is false, except the "New" word in the title (notice, there is very little info about the condo itself). There is nothing 'new' about this rental. Everything is outdated and probably was put in there when it was originally built. This place definitely can use a remodel. Wallpaper and smelly carpets do not enhance your experience.
Now the perks: top floor aka penthouse and the views, location - close to everything. If you came to enjoy the outdoors, the ocean, the views, and care less about where you sleep - this is the perfect place for you. If you have a little higher expectations and after a long day catching sun rays you would like to enjoy air-conditioned amenities indoors - take a nice bath or relax on a clean couch - you probably need to look somewhere else. Yes, it was affordable, yes, we had a great time in Myrtle Beach, but coming back to our condo was the end of our day and our fun there was not too much to enjoy there.
Just a side note – and I want to stress that it is not this rental issue, but if you are a non-smoker, have kids, or just simply want to sit on a balcony and enjoy the sunset – you are out of luck. I do not know how many or where, but cigarette and marihuana smell was almost constant and we would leave our door open even for a minute – our entire place would smell like ten skunks just farted in our room.
All in all, great place to stay for location, views and if you are not planning to spend a lot of time inside or with the
$$$$
