Adorable Cape Cod cottage with Central A/C in Dennis Port, MA-only 250 short steps to the beach! House boasts a lovely living room and large family room each with sleeper sofas. Step out onto the lovely deck to enjoy a fun BBQ and let the kids play in the big yard. Outdoor enclosed hot/cold running water shower-so nice to freshen up comfortably after walking back from a great day at the beach! Two bedroom, one bath, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all the amenities. Conveniences include TV, WiFi, and Central A/C-heat for your complete comfort.
Please note washer/dryer is located in outdoor shed.

The house is perfect. Love the deck with table &chairs . Plenty of room to spread out. Central air was perfect, we only had one issue with the windows. We had to use sticks to keep them open. Overall this place is just perfect for us ... will continue to come back !!!!! Would highly recommend d

Home was nice but overal could of been much cleaner when arriving. The location was great and dealing with Martha Murray reality is always an we easy and pleasurable experience.
