"Experience Florida like never before at this stunning 4-Bedroom, 4-Bath Brand New 2021 Vacation Rental. This luxe residence offers a refined interior with modern coastal decor, a pristine full kitchen with all new stainless steal appliances, as well as an outdoor space to relax. This is the perfect coastal Florida retreat! Just a 10 minute ride to the beach. Also a short drive to the Indian River Lagoon where you can find some restaurant's and bars or enjoy a nice walk along the Lagoon.

Very nice house and neighborhood! It was outstanding to have a house with four bedrooms and four full baths. It was super clean, and everything went flawlessly.

The location is wonderful. My daughter and her 3 children stayed with us as we helped her pack up her home for a move out of state. This was a few house s down from her home which made it very convenient. The home is very comfortable with all 4 bedrooms having their own bath. The only thing is the last bedroom down the hall has a full size bed and not a queen as the listed states. My husband did fish every night out the back door.
