About this apartment rental

Beautiful, bright, fully renovated duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs. Perfectly equipped for the whole family to enjoy our beautiful valley at its best. Situated in Argentière, 15mn from Chamonix, it's easy to access with or without a car. You'll be close to all the essential shops and you'll appreciate its location just a few steps from the Grands Montets ski area you see right in front of your private balcony. Parking included and nearby SNCF train station. Welcome home!


This 37sqm flat is divided as follows:
> On the first level you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, raclette, etc.) that opens onto the living area. Dining area for 4 people and access to the balcony to enjoy the view even more.
> Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom (140cm bed) and the mountain sleeping area (80x190 bunk bed, door). There is also a bathroom (bath, washbasin) and toilet.

Please note: construction work is underway nearby and noise disturbance is to be expected [Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.].


During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

The village of Argentière, renowned for its authenticity, will allow you to access all the necessary infrastructures on foot from your accommodation. Whether it is the access to the Grands Montets ski area at 200m, the cross-country skiing and hiking itineraries (white lake), the old town, or even the essential shops, all are less than 300m from the accommodation.


Secure parking in the residence included. The apartment is located next to the train station and bus stops allowing to reach all the main sites and ski areas of the Chamonix valley in a few minutes.
To discover the rest of the region by car, consider 45min/1h for Megève / St Gervais as well as Verbier on the other side, and 1h30 for Geneva / Annecy.
