About this apartment rental
The apartment Akvarel is situated in Bacvice city area a super convenient location at walking distance to all main attractions. Staying in Bacvice is an elegant alternative to the hustle and bustle of Split's historical centre and the ideal point whether your interests be beach, club hopping or cultural. Kilometres of beaches starting with the most popular Bacvice sand beach allow you to enjoy a stroll on this seaside promenade and have leisurely coffee or cocktails in one of numerous coffee shops or a romantic dinner in one of the restaurants. This elegant apartment of 75 sq m has been completely renovated to the highest standard with a modern touch. Its floors are covered with oak wood. The living area is connected with beautiful loggia(balcony) where you can enjoy a glass of wine or just relax after a stroll through Diocletian's palace or after a day spent on one of the beaches nearby.
Each bedroom has own bathroom. The room with single beds has own balcony.
The neighborhood is very quiet since the apartment is located in oneway lane. The beaches as well as the old city with Diocletian's Palace are within walking distance (cca 700 m or 5-10 min).. If you explore the neighborhood you'll find a bakery, supermarkets,grocery, bank, ATM, pharmacy, restaurants, fast food ect.
You can park the car on the street free of charge or on the parking lot a few minutes away from the apartment. Daily ticket is about 9 €.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect for 2 couples with 2 large bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with toilet, large lounge/ kitchen area. The actual apartment and location were not only close to the city centre and the beach but also bus routes. Our host,Sandra and her brother were extremely helpful and made our stay in Split a memorable one.

Family of three adults stayed for 4 nights.,Sandra helped with transport from the airport which was very appreciated given our planes late arrival after midnight. The apartment was exactly as expected , clean good air conditioning great location with fruit market, bakery and supermarkets within easy walking distance. It’s about 10-15 mins walk into the old town and ferries and 5 mins from beaches so great location and very quiet at night
