Quiet location. One bedroom/one bath, 700 Sq Ft apartment.Car port, lanai and patio. Fully furnished kitchen. Sleeps 4 Easy access to interstate 75. Watch the Twins or Red Sox play ball, shop at least 5 malls, delight yourself with Norman Love chocolate and ice cream, and don't forget all the eateries located in downtown Fort Myers. Close to the river that makes for nice walk in the neighbor hood. Conveniently located only minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW, Fort Myers), day and night entertainment, dining, shopping, golfing and the world renowned beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Leave your stress behind and put yourself in the most quiet and relaxing place possible. A variety of incredible activities like shopping (Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall, and Bell Towers Shops), restaurants, museums, cinemas and live theater are all conveniently located for the most amazing vacations!
The downtown contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There also are two parks downtown along the Caloosahatchee River & yacht basin, which is lovely for both children & adults. Downtown holds many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit downtown as well as the Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. Downtown also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street.

Loved to property, absolutely adorable & they thought of everything. Every detail was laid out & ready to go. Check in was super easy, everything was in perfect working order...loved it. Will definitely be back.

We are Twins Spring Training season ticket holders and the location of this property is very convenient for getting back and forth to the games. It is well kept and always very clean.
