1. Check-In & Check-Out times:
Check-in: 4 pm
Check-out: 11am
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and depending upon seasonality, may incur additional fees.
2. Occupancy:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes to your booking.
3. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 6 am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
4. No Parties or Events:
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
5. No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 and will be grounds for being asked to vacate immediately.
6. Pets:
No Pets allowed in the units at any time.
7. Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in the same general condition as you found it.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
8. Damage:
Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
09. Prohibited Items:
Firearms, fireworks, and flammable materials including outdoor grills are not allowed on the property.
10. Patio Use:
Please clean up after using outdoor spaces.
Return any outdoor furniture to its original position.
11. Emergency Contacts:
For any emergencies, call 911. Please notify us immediately of any safety concerns.

We do have security cameras located on the outside of the property. These cameras function for security purposes only.

Unreported damages may result in additional charges.

Non-compliance with these rules may result in eviction without a refund.

We loved the new feel. The kitchen had everything we could need … even coffee, creamer and sugars. It was immaculate !! We loved the location esp being on Beluga Lake with float planes out the back deck. The managers are quick to respond and help when needed. Our family of 4 will be back!!

This is an excellent property, finely appointed and maintained. The smallest details were thought of and nicely attended to. Beautiful and interesting view of the lake, backdrop and airplanes. Combination pod / grounds coffemaker with coffees, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, all is very clean. Parking is spacious. We will definitely stay here on future travels!
