Time to enjoy life! soak in the hot tub. Fish for salmon right from your own private dock on the siltcoos river! You can park your motor boat on your private dock. Have have fun with a SUP, kayak and canoes. 100 yard paddle east to the second largest lake on the oregon coast. Or paddle west 2 miles on the Relaxed river to the ocean where you can then get out and play on the beach! Bird watch as you catch your fish. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil place.

The property is clean and conveniently located near Siltcoos Lake. The dock is located across a street and could benefit from some updating.
