Tucked away at the end of a long, picturesque driveway, on stunning acreage is Shoreham Homestead. A spacious retreat designed to accommodate multiple families or groups. With timeless finishes, abundant natural light, and soaring high ceilings, this property exudes warmth, charm, and elegance.
Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a work retreat, or a small conference, this homestead provides the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience—all just a short stroll from local vineyards.
The vast 6 bedroom configuration with stunning views from most bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with king bed with an ensuite
Bedroom 2 with queen bed
Bedroom 3 with queen bed
Bedroom 4 with queen bed
Bedroom 5 with two singles
Bedroom 6 with 2 singles and 2 trundles (sleeping 4)
plus a family bathroom and 3 powder rooms.
Sprawl out in two magnificent sun-soaked living areas including an incredible movie room, featuring a huge screen and a wide variety of movies (DVDs) - sure to keep the family entertained on nights spent indoors.
Cook up a storm in the well-appointed kitchen, while also appreciating the ambience of a wood heater piano and record player plus the quirk of an outdoor shower and veggie patch for those with a taste for green!
This awe-inspiring retreat is located a short walk to the Ashcombe Maze a real hit for the kids, walking distance to Montalto, Pier 10 and Panton wineries (sure to impress the wine connoisseurs) and surrounded by all the attractions the Morning Peninsula is so widely celebrated for.

Your pet is welcome with provision that dogs must be on lead when on the property. We have wildlife, particularly kangaroos who we would want to remain undisturbed and which could potentially injure pets.
We have external cameras at the property for security reasons.
This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

We had a wonderful time over Easter with the whole family. The only issue was one day loss of mains water which was completely outside the control of the property manager. Both she and the plumber were responsive and helpful but the mains water provider was pretty slow. It's a great property for a big multi- generational family!

We had a fantastic stay at Shoreham Homestead. The location was great, within walking distance to at least two wineries, however it must be noted in this area there are no sidewalks or paths for those unsteady on their feet. The house was terrific with lots of space and fun things to do, we would definitely stay again.

A fabulous house that easily fitted our group of mature ladies while also feeling warm and cozy. Beautiful location and views. Easy proximity to wineries. Everything we needed in the house to cook up a storm. We will be staying again.

We thoroughly loved the property. It was perfect for our 3 families to stay in comfort. It was equipped with everything we could have needed. The various living spaces allowed both adults and kids to enjoy their stay.
