Welcome to Shadow Lane, the closest adjacent street to Lambeau Field in Green Bay. Steps away from Lambeau, Resch Center, and local stadium restaurants/bars. This home is fully remodeled and furnished to create a trendy and spacious feel. Some upgrades include LVP flooring throughout, concrete countertops, and new cabinetry. You'll enjoy the huge entertainment garage to allow you to tailgate at the house with infrared heater & epoxy floors. Individual beds in huge open loft for guests.

The main level consists of a large formal dining room, kitchen with a breakfast bar and entertainment nook, full bathroom, and living room with vaulted ceilings.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, nightstands, and 55" Roku TV (Sleeps 2)

Living Room - Queen size pullout couch, and 65" Roku TV (Sleeps 2)
Loft - 2 Queen Beds , 2 twin beds, 3 twin trundle day beds (Sleeps 12)
The second level of the home was transformed with large groups in mind. A large open area leads to a bathroom with a full shower and double vanity.
The fully converted garage is now an entertainment area for guests to hang out and stay warm with our industrial infrared heater controlled by a nest thermostat. It features a ping pong table, ladder toss, bar attached to wall, and 2 pub tables for even more seating. Cabinetry in the garage is complete with concrete counters and a refrigerator.

We had a wonderful family vacation! This home was an excellent gathering space for our extended family to drop in when they were available with plenty of space for entertaining and sleeping! The host was very responsive to issues such as a full trash and a broken toilet handle.
