Cretan vacation home “Haus Asvos” with a romantic panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. The kilometer-long sandy beach at Komos is just a short walk away, as are the two villages of Pitsidia and Kalamaki with their numerous taverns.
The vacation home features its own rooftop terrace, private outdoor areas in the garden, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen, and a lush courtyard (Greek: “avli”), which is shared with a second vacation home (Haus Rodia, for 4 people). It’s the perfect spot for sunbathing, dining, and socializing, for pondering the meaning of life, and for letting your mind wander amidst the surrounding olive groves.
In addition to the Asvos house, the Xypotares property also features the larger Rodia house. If needed (e.g., for a larger group), you can also inquire about renting both houses together.
