We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had all the amenities needed and the owner was super responsive . It was a great location putting us close to a lot of popular towns . We were in town for a show at red rocks but also enjoyed Idaho springs , a hike at st Mary’s glacier , a trip into golden . Grocery stores are close by . The house itself is super cute, clean and spacious . As a group of six adults everyone had their own room . There is a second kitchen that we didn’t use but could be very convenient for larger groups . We’re able to be comfortable in multiple rooms. We really enjoyed the fireplace inside and out and all votes the yard and fireplace to be our favorite. We spent a lot of down time here . The yard is super cute and has a great bar/ grill that we also took advantage of . Morning coffee outside with late night chats on the couches . We highly recommend this house and hope to be back in the future.

This place is perfect for a family gathering, including large or extended family. Two living rooms, two washers and dryers, two driveways, two kitchens even! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close proximity to Denver and Red Rock Amphitheater with plenty to do and grocery stores just a few minutes away. The host Ryan was awesome. He had helped us the very next day when we had a ROUGH start to our vacation. 10/10, next vacation to Colorado, I will look for this listing again for another stay in this house!

The place was great. We all fit into the house with no problems. The backyard was a great place to sit back and relax.
