Take a look at this beautiful beach front upper floor two bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps six guests, Emerald Towers 904.
When you enter the condo, the Kitchen will be on your right, with a Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom on your left. The Kitchen leaves no wants desired as it has full size appliances and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal.
The Guest Bedroom has a flat screen TV and King Bed. The Guest Bathroom can be entered through the hallway and has a bathtub/shower combination.
Moving down the hall we come to the Dining Area, home to a dining table set for 6 guests. There is bar seating for three additional guests. The Living Room comes next as has a flat screen TV, a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
The Master Bed room Suite is next. This Suite comes with a King size bed, a flat screen TV, double windows with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and its own private Bathroom. The Master Bathroom comes with a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.
As perfect as the condo is on the inside, the true beauty remains on the balcony. The balcony allows you to see the shoreline from the heart of Destin and beyond. From this balcony you can see dolphins and beach goers swimming, and you can smell the salt air as you gaze upon the powder white sands Destin is famous far. Incredible view! Right on the beach! So easy to walk right out and enjoy the ocean. Close to restaurants and shops. Friendly host. Two king size beds! Large primary bathroom with lots of counter space. Large brand new washer & dryer. Easy check in & out. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was very nice and looked like it was recently renovated. We really liked that it was right on the beach. We had a wonderful time. The only thing that surprised us was that we didn’t know that we would have to rent the beach chairs and umbrella. The other condos that we’ve stayed at provided the chairs & umbrella for free.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was just as described! Perfectly stocked! Cleaned and so accommodating!! The staff we met was very friendly. Text from our host kept us well informed and everything flowed so smoothly! We can’t wait to come back again!

We had to fill out rental agreement twice because they lost the first one. Of couse there was no problem taking our down payment.
