The apartment is located on the ground floor (in a building which contains 4 apartments in total) , it is well lighted as it has big windows/glass doors so you will have a wonderful view over the entire place. This apartment has 2 bedrooms (bedroom one has a queen sized bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds) and a sofa in the living room which can be opened up so there are 2 extra sleeping spaces. It is 7 km (4 miles) away from both Pula and Medulin.
The whole property includes a swimming pool (which can be used free of charge), a free parking space, free Wi-Fi, a TV with a satellite transmitter. It also has a patio, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine for dishes, bathroom with a washing machine for clothes, towels and toilet paper. You can use the grill next to the pool free of charge.
The house is 70 meters away from the sea and it has a quiet, family friendly environment. The closest beach is about 5 minutes away.
NOTE: The pool is seasonal so it is only functional during summer period.
