About this cottage rental
Housed in a charming old farmhouse, between the Beauce and Loire Valley regions, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this gîte, attached to another house, is independent and close to all the village's services and shops. Cozy and comfortable, on the edge of the fields, with a small garden and courtyard, it has been recently renovated. On the ground floor, it comprises a dining room with an open-plan equipped kitchen and a living area, a separate bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, and dryer), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a 140x190 cm bed, Bedroom 2 with two 90x200 cm beds and a sofa bed, and Bedroom 3 with a 90x190 cm bed. There is a separate bathroom (bathtub, sink), and a separate toilet.
All-inclusive rate: beds made - towels and household linens provided - end-of-stay cleaning included - water - electricity - heat pump heating (thermostat at 19 degrees) - internet/Wi-Fi
Pets are welcome with a supplement of €30 per stay.

In case of absence or late arrival, you will be informed of the entry conditions.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
