About this house rental
The new renovated 300 year old stone built villa is situated on the slopes of the Učka Nature Park and is only 15 km from the beach. Its geographical location allows a 20-minute access to local towns and beaches along the Est coast of the Istrian peninsula, such as Labin and Moščenička Draga, but also Opatia.
Villa Kurioza is located in the small Istrian village Kurelovići, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, which gives peace and a relaxing atmosphere on the property. It comfortably offers space for six people to sleep in three stylish rooms with air conditioning and private bathroom, plus two more people can sleep in the living room. The villa is ideal for families, with a pool garden and a sports garden in a total of more than 2000m2.
The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with a small terrace, a living room with plasma TV, the extent to the 30m2 outdoor pool and a terrace upstairs with a romantic panorama. The peculiarity of this villa is the romantic and breathtaking view. The whole villa is covered with WiFi internet.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for an excellent meal, so that you can also pamper your palate. From there you can enjoy your meal by the pool on the covered terrace with quality garden furniture, in the fresh air and in the shade of the wooden canopy. Next to the pool there are beautiful loungers.
In front of the garden it opens the huge green pasture where it is possible to play some sports or just relax and enjoy watching the nearby cows and sheep. Only two families live in the village, who make fantastic local cheese and homemade bread. They are always happy to greet every passer-by and let them taste their products.

A lovingly restored, cosy farmhouse, idyllically situated on the edge of the Ucka National Park. Absolutely quiet and pure nature. We were particularly enthusiastic about the intact nature around the house (like orchid meadows, species-rich bird and reptile fauna). The interior and appliances of the house leave nothing to be desired and should still something be missing, the very nice owners will take care of it immediately. If you wish you can buy fresh eggs and cheese from the neighbors. Absolutely perfect for people who - like us - want to spend a quiet holiday in nature sufficiently off the beaten tracks. Nearby are two authentic and recommendable restaurants in Boljun and Vranja, if you intend to skip self-catering.

The house is really nice (in our top 3 of holidays locations) in a quiet village with a wonderful view from the swimming pool.
Our guest, Adriana, was available and really helpful.
Hopefully we will be back in the coming years :)

The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. The house itself is lovely and cool with bathrooms for everyone and the views from the house are amazing. I highly recommend it.

what a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Adriana and her husband have lovingly converted and furnished this house. The pool and garden were a little paradise for everyone on the hot days and there was salt water instead of chlorine. Splendid. The house is in the mountains. Only a few farms all around. The next shop (Lidl, Spar, Plomine) is about 20/25 minutes away. Fresh eggs, milk and cheese are available from the neighbors. Pula is about 45 minutes to go. Opatija and Riejka 30 and 40 minutes respectively. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. 5 Stars
