About this apartment rental
Summary:
This unit has one of the best locations of any house or townhouse at Mount Snow. From the unit it is a very short walk to the Tin Lizzy trail and then you can ski right down to the lift! Also you can ski from the slopes right back to the entrance sidewalk! It eliminates the stress of finding parking at the mountain and long walks to the car after a full day of skiing, it's just a short walk to the lifts! After skiing, enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room with unlimited firewood.
The Space:
This unit features an open living concept with a wood burning fireplace and smart TV in the living room! The kitchen conveniently opens up to the dining and living room with extra seating at the bar. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been recently updated as well! There is also a private ski locker to store all ski/snowboard gear.
Reserve amenity access at the Sportscenter with the new reservation system! The entire complex was renovated in 2021 including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs/saunas, brand new locker room, new outdoor BBQ grill access poolside. You can also reserve a time slot to use the Pelotons!
In the second bedroom, there is a full size bed and a single bed. There is also a trundle bed underneath the single bed that you can move out which would sleep the 6th guest.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

The condo was well equipped and spacious for a 2 bedroom unit and matched the pictures. Everything was functional and we appreciated the memory foam bed in the master bedroom and the ski storage closet in the entry of the building. The condo is a short walk to the Tin Lizzy trail; take the stairs by the condo building across the parking area and the trail is across the road. Note it's a very flat slope so snowboarders need to walk most of it.There are a few parts of the condo that are looking a little tired which is why I couldn't give 5 stars. The floor in the entrance/ kitchen was not put down with a liner and so is lifting and the grout has broken. There was clearly a shelf or something in the master bathroom that came down leaving large holes in the wall.I did communicate the last piece with the owner who was apologetic and hopefully this gets resolved with their cleaning company moving forward, but the condo was not very clean. The oven was smoking when we used it, towels were left in the washer, and the top bunk wasn't made. Overall, it's a great option if you want to not have to take your car to the slopes.

This place was awesome! Walkable to the slopes, clean and cared for. The property manager was incredibly responsive with answering our questions and accommodating our needs. Highly recommend!

The pics and description of the bedrooms was not accurate. The description did not include a bunk bed. This would have been a non-starter. There was no mat for the very slippery shower floors. There were 3 people but only enough hand towels & wash clothes for 2 people.
