Lovely, spacious contemporary Cape with water views. Home is situated on a quiet lane just .2 mile to Seaview beach. This tastefully decorated home offers one window a/c in the downstairs Bedroom, a oversized Mitsubishi 24,000 BRU split air AC that cools the upstairs loft and bedroom, a skylight, microwave, dishwasher, stereo, internet, cable, and four televisions. Living room and loft TV will have cable. TV's in the bedrooms offer streaming services. First floor laundry with washer and dryer. Comfortable teak patio table and chairs and beautiful gas fireplace with serene river views, makes the patio a fantastic and relaxing spot to be!
Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, Seaview Park, The Wee Packet, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, Sundae School, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. This was our 5th year (in a row) staying at this lovely home in mid cape. It is roomier than it appears on the outside & is tastefully decorated & very well cared for. The upstairs has a good sized sitting area with a T.V. & nearby half bathroom. There is a small deck upstairs too. Outside has a beautiful patio with an electric firepit, a good sized table & chairs, a couple adirondack chairs & overlooks a woodsy creek. We feel welcome every year! Connie & Joe, From Pa.
