About this house rental
Beautiful new ocean view 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with its own private pools (one in the back yard and dipping pool on rooftop terrace), located within a gated beach front community /club offering a 2 huge swimming pools, private beach access, manicured gardens, 24 hour security. Only a 5 min. drive over to the new Marina at La Cruz, and several excellent restaurants in the local town and one a great market every Sunday. The home is well located right in the center of the north side of the bay, just a short drive to Bucerias, La Cruz, Sayulita, San Pancho, Punta Mita, which are all great hot spots for restaurants, entertainment, cafés and bars.
Superb home fully equipped with a gourmet granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, AC throughout, large closets, private pool with sun terrace & outside dining to make the most of the balmy evenings.

The family had the best time at this beautiful house it was like our own 5 star resort. Thank you to Sergio for always answering any questions we had.

Really nice house in a safe gated community. I really wanted to give the house a five star stay but had to dock a star because the house is not set up for travellers, especially foreign travellers. There are no amenities ( no soap, no shampoo, no drinking water, no salt, no pepper, no spices, no coffee or filters, no dishwasher pods….) and I had to dock another star for its location. While we loved the safety of the community, what Sergio doesn’t tell you in the listing is the only access to the beach is through the club which costs $500 pesos per person per day and that’s just to get to the beach!!! And the beach there is not very nice. So if you don’t have a vehicle there are no other options. Especially for my mom and dad who are in their 70s and 80s respectively.
