✨ Designed with comfort and function in mind, the condo features elegant décor, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a smart TV, washer and dryer, and a wraparound balcony with stunning views of the Sierra Madre mountains and a peek at the Bay of Banderas.
🛋️ LIVING AREA and FLEX ROOM
The open living area is bright and welcoming, with cozy seating and a Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The adjacent flex room functions as a second bedroom or TV room, equipped with a sofa bed and large sliding door for privacy.
🍴 KITCHEN and DINING
Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Dine at the indoor table with seating for six or enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony as the sun rises over the mountains.
🛏️ BEDROOM and BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, blackout curtains, and a private ensuite bathroom. A second full bathroom ensures convenience for groups or families. The living room sofa also converts into an additional bed for extra guests.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of this condo which is 5. Therefore, if your group size is 3, you can have up to 2 visitors.

Condo was fine. Sorry to see all the beach accesses fenced off. Folks were jumping off the sea wall. Hopefully they will repair the stairs.

The condo was beautiful and loved the rooftop terrace. Would be happy to go back. We only had a couple small issues but they responded to them very quickly.

Very awesome time of vacation with my family great location very clean and up to date you feel very safe with great security I will return soon awesome swimming pool overall just awesome

Pros:
-Gerardo (guest services?) was very good about everything - quick to get back to me and answer any questions
-All staff in the complex were very friendly and helpful
-building was clean and seemed secure
Cons:
-Right across the street from a major construction zone
-“flex” room could not really be considered a bedroom, except maybe for small children
-Using the barbecue was a major hassle!!! Only did it once, which kind of messed up our plans
