This high end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are five pools to choose from including two large beachfront infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown and the green hills behind it. Underground parking is available in addition to a business center, tennis courts, game room and movie theater to seat larger groups.
🔊 Note: A nearby beach club occasionally plays music on weekends from 1:00–9:00 pm.
🔑 Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- 4 pools and jacuzzis open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- An infinity pool open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- An onsite spa
- A game room open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- An onsite restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- A tennis court open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (previous reservation required)
- A meeting room with up to 12 people (previous reservation required)
- A movie theater for up to 12 people (previous reservation required)
Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.
📌 Other things to note
⚠️ Please note that the tennis courts will be out of service from May 14th through May 17th due to maintenance repairs.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos. - One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

The communication was very professional. The unit is clean, well equipped, and offers excellent views. Unfortunately, the air conditioner appears to be on a timer. It turns off after an hour or two. As a result, we woke up frequently every night due to the heat and had to turn on the a/c again. Maintenance investigated and explained it was working as intended by the owner.

Mariela was very charming and thorough. Grand Venetian is a lovely place with nice amenities.However, the private beach club below our building played very loud Techno music and made it unbearable to sit on our terrace for sunset or dine Al fresco.This was in the fine print in the description, but it made half our nights be unable to use our own deck.
