Just 50 metres from Montesilvano's wide sandy beach, our recently renovated apartment is the perfect choice for couples and small families looking for a relaxing seaside holiday while exploring the beautiful Abruzzo region.
Spend your days swimming in the Adriatic Sea, strolling through the nearby pine grove, enjoying fresh seafood by the waterfront and returning to a comfortable apartment that feels like home.
The apartment
Recently renovated, the apartment has been carefully designed to make the most of every space, providing everything you need for both short breaks and longer stays.
The double sleeping area is separated from the living room, offering greater privacy and a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for one adult or up to two children.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoy a quiet dinner at home after sunset. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, independent heating and all the everyday essentials make the apartment comfortable throughout the year.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is served by a lift.

The beach is less than a one-minute walk away. Simply cross the pine grove, and you'll find yourself on a long stretch of fine golden sand, perfect for families and anyone looking for a relaxing day by the sea.
Within a few minutes' walk you'll also find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, gelato shops, a pharmacy, children's playgrounds and the seaside cycle path connecting Montesilvano with Pescara.
Your car can safely remain in the gated, video-monitored condominium parking area (unassigned spaces), allowing you to enjoy your holiday without worrying about traffic or parking.

Beach House is a compact 38 m² apartment, designed to make practical use of its space. It is ideal for couples and small families, but if you prefer particularly spacious accommodation, please keep its size in mind when booking.
Although the beach is only 50 metres away, the apartment does not have a sea view. From the window you can only catch a small glimpse of the sea between the surrounding buildings.
The bathroom is compact too, and the shower is 60 cm wide. We prefer to mention this in advance, particularly for guests who may find a smaller shower uncomfortable.

Everything you need is there – and much more!After five days at the Beach House in Montesilvano, we can say: Central Italy shows its best side here. Communication with the owners, Stefania and Augusto, was excellent – very friendly and prompt replies, precise and helpful.The apartment is very clean and tidy. All furnishings were functional and as described. We were delighted that the hosts had thought of so many little things that aren't always a given.In the kitchen: coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, salt, spices, biscuits, breakfast cake, rusks, sweet spread, dish soap; in the refrigerator: milk, multivitamin juice, and mineral water. In the bathroom: plenty of toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and laundry detergent. Generally in the apartment: a mobile phone charger (you need to bring your own cable). The mattresses are comfortable, and you won't be disturbed at night. Also the WiFi worked fine. The only slight drawback is that you need to be a little careful when showering, as the shower isn't as large as you might be used to. All in all, a very nice holiday apartment that gave us a wonderful stay in Montesilvano.
