WE LOVE OUR PETS!
Our home is pet *welcoming*! We have provided a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers. For your (and your pet’s) convenience, we have left a dog leash is on the hook in the mudroom by the back door and pet waste bags are located in the far left kitchen drawer.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in the basement that is available for guests to use.
TELEVISION AND WIFI
There is one Smart TVs in the home that allow you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided. The home features a high speed fiber internet connection with 150+mbs download speeds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
This home features a fenced in backyard perfect for your dogs to play in and enjoy! The front porch also features four rocking chairs for you to enjoy!
PARKING
This home features driveway parking with plenty of space for 3-4 cars parked front to back. There is also street parking available in front of the house.
• There are steps to enter the home on the front and back doors.
• There is a steel floor grate for the air return in the living area. It is safe to walk on, however you should be aware of this for children or pets who may catch toes or fingers in the grate.
• We love the charm of our historic home but with an older home there are things you should be aware of – the floors will creak sometimes when you walk on them and original doors and door hardware can sometimes stick a little. This home also features a lot of beautiful woodwork that has been varnished within the last year so there is a slight varnish odor in the home.

Having three bedrooms for our family stay to attend my Uncles funeral was convenient. Beds were cozy, and home was overall clean. There was not adequate soap available in the main bathroom, only in the bathroom that was adjacent to bedroom. (A plastic bag with travel size items)There was a musty smell when I first entered, maybe the basement needs a dehumidifier?I was surprised there was not a lock on that door.Overall a great rate and close to my Aunt who lives in Bristol.

We had a great stay at this updated house close to everything we needed. The neighborhood was older, but felt safe. The surrounding houses were all well kept. The host was easy to contact (I did so before our trip). I didn't have any issues during our stay. I would stay here again.

The house is beautiful. We had a great experience and no issues with check in, however, after we checked in we reached out for assistance with the cooling system on the first day. The house was "stuffy"/humid and the air did not seem to be working. No response - for the rest of our visit. I eventually figured their system out. There is a large air grate in the middle of the hallway. We traveled with our one year old and 7lb pup. Our kiddo tripped on the grate and our sweet pup caught her foot. We blocked that large section of the hallway. Before we took a bath/shower I cleaned the tub. The ceiling fans have layers of dust and the floors don't appear to have been mopped recently. The neighborhood is quiet and the front porch is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a cutting board/tupperware for leftovers. The beds are very nice and the towels are so fantastic I made note of the brand. After a good wipe down, the washer and dryer were super helpful. When we asked about the pet fee we were quoted a one time 35 fee. However, we were charged a 45 fee. The 10 isn't a huge deal but when I mentioned it - we did not receive a response. A so sorry it was raised we apologize would have been nice.
