Condo 609 at Holiday Sands at South Beach is a true one bedroom condo with entry into foyer/hall.
Located on the 6th floor, not too high, not too low, but just right to enjoy the beautiful OCEAN FRONT scenery and sounds. Drive up to the attached GATED parking garage (access with your room key card), park your car and walk directly into the climate controlled enclosed corridors.
Stainless steel appliances, and carpet installed throughout. The 2 queen sized beds w/ pillowtop mattress' in the bedroom as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, will sleep 6 comfortably. The kitchen table is also a full size Murphy bed that pulls from the wall to accommodate 2 more people if needed for a total of 8 !!
There are 2 large flat screen TVs, cable TV, Free WiFi, as well as a coffee maker & Keurig, blender, crockpot, toaster, ironing board, and iron for your use.
There is a stack washer and dryer located in the hallway.
All bed/bath linens are provided.
There is no daily housekeeping service.
The Condo building boasts an indoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, and kiddie pool, as well as an outdoor pool. There is an oceanfront grass lawn for sunbathing, and socializing, complete with umbrella shaded table/chairs, as well as loungers. There is a weight/fitness room and bathrooms located on the first floor both are accessible with your room key card.
During the summer months, you can hear the jingle of the ice cream truck that makes it's rounds to the property everyday.
The Springmaid pier is located within walking distance, just south of the condo, as well as Downwind Sails were you can rent jet skis, banana boat rides, and more.
The property is located on the south end of Myrtle Beach, near the Market Commons, and Myrtle Beach State Park. Popular attractions such as Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Skywheel are also only minutes away. Murrell's Inlet is just a short drive south to the Marsh Walk, Brookgreen Gardens and many wonderful restaurants such as Drunken Jacks, The Wicked Tuna, and Dead Dog Saloon.
Notice : There is only one (1) vehicle allowed in the parking garage per 1 bedroom condo. There are limited parking areas surrounding the condo, and for additional vehicles we recommend parking at Myrtle Beach International Airport's Economy parking lot (1.5 miles away). This lot is monitored and secure. Cost is $ 10.00/Day.
