Welcome to Villa Fertilia, a beautiful villa completely renovated in 2023 and elegantly furnished, located directly on the Fertilia seafront. Combining elegance, comfort and an exclusive location, it is the perfect choice for a holiday surrounded by the sea, nature and relaxation.
The Main Villa
The villa is arranged over two levels and features:
4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower.
A spacious and bright living area with sea views.
A modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Free Wi-Fi.
A large furnished panoramic terrace.
A spacious garden with barbecue.
The Guest House
The property also includes an independent guest house, located on the lower level of the main villa and featuring its own separate entrance. It consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, and a private bathroom with shower.
The guest house can be booked together with the main villa or rented separately.
If you book only the main villa, please note that the guest house may be occupied by other guests during your stay. In this case, the entrance to the property, parking spaces and private access to the sea will be shared between guests staying in the main villa and those staying in the guest house. The two accommodations remain completely independent and have separate private entrances.

Valentina was really service minded and helpful.
We really enjoyed living next to the sea and snorkled a lot directly by the house with our teenagers.
The house is close to Alghero or nice beaches. We will come back.
