Spectacular views from this modern 5th floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is sure to entice you to keep coming back. Kitchen is fully furnished to make a great meal that can be enjoyed while sitting on your balcony enjoying the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has been updated with new furniture including a flat screen TV. The bedroom has a "low profile" bed with tremendous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has a wide balcony for you to sit back and enjoy the sunset.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Pictures reflected the condo and we enjoyed our stay. It was nice that they give you access to the beach and pool area if you arrive early.

Checking in easier than most. We arrived early, left our number and they called as soon as room was ready. As reviewed online, it is a little dated, but it’s spacious and clean and I loved our stay. It has to be the best location in Okaloosa!

We stayed 4 nights here and loved the location and distance to FWB and Destin. Plus it was pretty secluded at the end of the road. The property had good amenities and great, quick access to the beach and pool. It was also nice to park so close to your room and not in a parking garage. The condo had lots of seating options on the balcony and everything we needed.
