About this cottage rental
A former winemaker's house, detached and restored, all-inclusive (except tourist tax). Ground floor: living room (fireplace, 2 sofas, CD/DVD player, satellite TV, etc.), fully equipped kitchen (fireplace), shower room, WC. First floor: relaxation room, 1st bedroom (1 king-size bed 180x200cm that can be converted into 2 single beds 90x200cm), 2nd bedroom (1 king-size bed 180x200cm), shower room, WC. On the same floor, but accessible by a different staircase: 3rd bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm). The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Free Wi-Fi via satellite connection. Electric heating (included). Laundry facilities with external access. 124m² walled garden (covered terrace/patio, lockable 21m² bicycle storage) in the middle of an 8.5-hectare wooded property. Woodland area with hammocks. 2km botanical discovery trail in the forest; identify the local trees (quiz planned for children). Included in the price: heating, electricity, water, firewood, bed linen (beds made), towels and tea towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Here is a truly exceptional site for your holidays! For relaxation and rest in absolute tranquility, it's a green and wooded environment where you will be completely immersed in nature. This independent cottage is nestled in the heart of a magnificent wooded property of over 8 hectares, crisscrossed by paths and trails ideal for hiking. The house, a former winegrower's farmhouse, reflects the surroundings and borders on excellence. A very pretty facade made of stone and red brick, a functional interior, particularly well-maintained and decorated with great taste. If you were looking for the address of happiness, you've found it! As for the surrounding area, you'll be between Futuroscope and the Loire Valley châteaux (Chinon, Saumur, Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé), near several renowned wine regions, including Chinon and Saumur. On the property, 600 meters away, a pond will delight fishing enthusiasts (no license required, rods available for loan: carp, small fish, etc.).
