This single-story home has three bedrooms. Upon front door entry, you will find a spacious entry hall in a coat closet connecting the cozy living room with the game room to the right. In between, there is a patio door to the backyard. To the left side of the living room, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a twin size daybed with a trundle en-suite with a spacious bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side of the house, you find a small hallway leading to a hallway bathroom with a bathtub and two other bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed. You can enter the kitchen with dining area through the game room or the entrance from the hallway. You can also access the backyard through the kitchen.

Guests have access to the entire house except supply closets and the garage.

--This house is located in a quiet residential area with older neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and move loud conversations and gatherings into the house after 10pm.
--The pool/spa does not have a heating function. The spa is not heated at this time and features a cool water plunge and will be the same temperature as the pool. This property does not have a hot tub.

We enjoyed the property. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We did not play every game in the house.. but mad a great attempt! The kids loved the pool.. hopefully not too loud for the neighbors. The house was clean and fresh smelling. Would consider a return for next year.

This place was outstanding. Well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals and grill by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. The space was perfect for gathering throughout the day but with plenty of spots for us to relax individually. I neededto do some remote work each day and there were 3 different areas where I had a great setup and could work uninterrupted without stopping the fun for the rest of the family. The host was very responsive to requests and questions. Highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

We were in town to see some family. The house worked very well! I would recommend this house if you are looking for nice house in good neighborhood!!

Renter Be Aware: We really wanted to give this property a 4 or 5 but it was really difficult since it is not what I thought we were paying for. We were looking for a home that specifically had a pool, jacuzzi, and video games for the kids. The property delivered on the pool and video games (barely). In several of the property photos, it shows a jacuzzi/hot tub with the pool and on porch of the back of the home. In the interior photos, it shows one of the most popular arcade games (Mortal Kombat II) in the Pokemon room, which my boys were excited about because they love that game. So knowing the property checked off several of our wants in a home, we went ahead and booked it and were excited for our stay! When we arrived, we were sadly disappointed to learn that there was no hot tub on the porch and the attached jacuzzi on the pool (the one with the flamingo in the photo) is actually not a working jacuzzi but a so called "water feature". I immediately thought it was a mistake but even in their home manual it shows how to operate the jacuzzi/hot tub. Then there was no Mortal Kombat in the room but another arcade game. Then some of the arcade games in the home were not working either. Overall, the property is great but the photos are not representative of the home or experience. The owners told us that we should have read the notes in the listing to learn about the water feature. Sadly, it was the photos that sold us and didn't know we had to read every detail in the listing.
