About this house rental
The Raichle unit is a 3 bedroom, a den, 2 bath, sleeps 8; located on the West end of Donner Lake. This cabin is on a level lot with parking for 4 cars. You walk upstairs to enter the cabin. Upon entering the cabin the kitchen is on the right, dining area at entry and living room just past it. The cabin has wood floors throughout besides the stairs going downstairs which are carpeted. The kitchen has a gas range stove/oven and dishwasher. The dining table has seating for 8. The living room features a corner sectional couch and a gas fireplace to get warm and cozy by. The living room also has a TV, DVD player and stereo. The first bedroom is off the living room to the right and has a twin size bunk bed. Just past the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower. Upon going downstairs the door to the 2 car garage, featuring a ping pong table and Foosball table will be on the right; straight ahead will be the half bedroom area divided by curtains with a Queen bed, gas wood burner, TV, and DVD player. As you continue down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, DVD player and stereo. The master bedroom is attached to the full bath downstairs, which is also accessible from the hallway. This full bath features a bath tub with jets. Continuing down the hall will lead you to the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed. At the end of the hall you will find the laundry room. The cabin also has a small patio off the back of the cabin as well as a deck on top of the garage; where there is a propane BBQ for your use. This home rents with a 2 night minimum. **Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum over the 4th of July, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend. Great place for a family getaway! Very peaceful setting and lovely neighborhood. 4 of 5 stars in some areas for the following: Floor rugs (bathroom) don't look like they had been washed. Required to wash and put away all dishes before leaving vs putting dishes in dishwasher and running it before leaving.

We had a nice stay at the cabin with our family. Check in was easy and the property was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and good for walking. We drove down to the lake but it is walkable too. Overall we had a great time.

The property was clean and very roomy. Will definitely consider using this cabin again.
It would be nice if the check out time was later, considering you cant check in until 3. If your only doing a weekend trip you don't even get two full days.
