About this house rental
For those who want to combine the sea and the relaxation of the countryside, five minutes by car from the white beach of the Maria Pia pinewood, we have a splendid two-room apartment immersed in the green of the olive trees, ideal for those who love nature and want to spend their holidays in tranquility, away from the confusion, also thanks to its position it allows you to easily reach all the other beaches of the coast avoiding the slow city traffic of the summer months.
The apartment, perfect for two people, is part of a residence in the countryside, a house divided into 2 apartments and is only 6km from the center, but it is essential to use your own means of transport.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small living room with a kitchenette that overlooks a welcoming outdoor space, a veranda covered by a gazebo overlooking the river, which allows you to spend your evenings in the fresh air in front of the sunset.
In the veranda, in addition to the sofa and armchairs, a table with chairs and two straio.
When leaving, we ask you to leave the apartment in decent hygienic conditions.

We had ten very wonderful days in the house in Alghero. Everything was very clean and there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The arrival was very good coordinated, even if we were 3 hours late. The host (Patrizia) is very kind and if you have a problem, you can always ask her (If you can speak a little italian, it's better ;) ). We can only recommend this place!!!

Me and my boyfriend where very happy with our stay ! Patrizia is wonderfull :)
She made us feel very welcome.
The appertment was super clean and modern.
We enjoyed a lovely holiday :)
You do need a car to go to the centrum of a scooter. but it is very close 5 min drive max.

This property is an absolute gem, as is Patrizia (cat woman!). The property is set in a lovely tranquil environment and Patrizia has provided it with everything you could possibly need for comfort and ease. Patrizia is an exceptionally kind lady and when we needed assistance nothing was too much trouble for her. The charming house was extremely well appointed and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the covered outside space looking out over the surrounding countryside to the mountains beyond. And were pleased to find that it was possible to set the TV to English audio for the occasional film.
The property is located in a gated area shared with a couple of family members ( and a lot of cats), but we did not feel the least bit intruded on by them, in fact it was good to know they were there. It is not far out of the town at all, but we did have difficulty finding it on our first night which is one of the times that Patrizia came to our aid readily and, with the help of a good friend, guided us in! They were both very understanding about what it's like to feel lost in a foreign place, and were very helpful in giving us any information we needed.
Overall we feel we were extremely lucky to have found such a lovely place and charming hostess. We cannot recommend it too highly to anyone who wants to be near a great town with all its facilities - beaches, boat trips, etc, yet be able to enjoy the peace of the Sardinian countryside too.
