Entry-level master bedroom & full bath. High ceilings, bright and open living space with great natural light. Luxury vinyl and porcelain tile flooring. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and offers a peaceful, quiet, picturesque, and relaxing ambiance. The large balcony on the 2nd floor offers stunning views!
This home features upgraded kitchen with quartz countertop, new stainless steel appliances, and modern white cabinets. Large screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi available. Multi-zone ductless air conditioning/heating in every room. Complimentary Keurig coffee + teas. Picnic table and BBQ grill located in the backyard. Whole house water filtration and salt-free water conditioning. Drinkable water from
every faucet.

Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars on the driveway. The driveway is steep so please be careful when pulling up. Please park on the street if your car could be leaking oil. There is a $400 cleaning fee for any oil, food, drinks, or grease stains on the driveway. Street parking is available.
Laundry: Washer/Dryer is available to guests staying longer than 4 nights at an additional cost $10 per load.
No garage access. Garage is being used as storage.
Strictly NO parties/events hosting. If looking to entertain and create outdoor late night noise, please look elsewhere.
No day time visitors due to liability reasons. All guests staying overnight must be part of the initial reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
