This newly renovated 6-bedroom home in Skokie is perfect for your group! Centrally located, it offers all the amenities for a fun and cozy visit. A highlight is the ninja gym in the basement, great for all ages. Enjoy 2 fully stocked kitchens and 12 beds (1 King, 3 queens, 8 single beds, 1 sofa bed), providing plenty of space to relax. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from O’Hare Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Chicago attractions!
Guests will receive a keypad code. Keypad is located on the garage door and guests will check in on their own, no assistance or in person interaction is required.

My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.

- I provide keurig pods.

-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Amazing location for a video shoot. We needed a fun space for a roundtable dicussion and this was a great and natural fit. We have shot their before and will do so again.

This house was perfect for our family gathering! Everything was really clean. The kitchen was well stocked and overall the home had everything we needed. Having both indoor and outdoor play areas for kids was great!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! The host was responsive and kind. The home was very spacious and well decorated. The only issue we had was for the bunk bed. No one was able to sleep at the top bunk because it was hard to get inside and it was high up. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The owner of the home was very helpful. It’s a nice home and a really clean nice safe neighborhood. We did ask for a TV for one of the bedrooms and the owner responded immediately and brought over a new TV, we were really happy about that because we were under the impression that there were TVs in most of the bedrooms, but it was only one bedroom, but that was resolved immediately. It was a nice stay. no problems overall. I spoke directly with the owner regarding a few little minor things that we noticed something that the owner would not have noticed because I’m sure they’re not the ones cleaning the place but overall I would definitely return and stay again!
