The Preserve at Charlotte Harbor is located 1/8 mile from the Rte. 41 bridge leading into Punta Gorda & across the street from the Pease River. The area is known for it's 12 month a year great fishing. Boat rentals are available at Fisherman's Village about 3 miles away in Punta Gorda. Down town Punta Gorda is known for it's great restaurants on Marion & Olympia, NO franchises there all family owned. Tour the City & see all the Murals on the buildings. During Christmas, Punta Gorda lights up the festivities along the major streets. Take the boat ride at Fisherman's Village & see how the home owners along the canals light up & decorate for the Holidays.
Our condo #8103 is on the first floor above the parking garage. Just a short elevator ride up. The condo boasts over 1760 S/F of living space, one of the largest condos in the area. We feature 3 King bedrooms with new king mattresses & bedding & 32" flat screen TV's in Master & VIP bedrooms.. There is a 1/2 bath off the hall. The Master features a tub, stall shower & double sink vanity. The kitchen is very large with plenty of cabinets & is fully equipped. The living room has a 50" smart flat screen TV. WIFI is free & available in all rooms. There is a fully screened in porch, off the living room. This condo has been up graded with fresh paint,, new tile floors, new bathroom toilets, vanities & plumbing. New gourmet kitchen with soft close draws & doors with under cabinet roller draws. Large spacious condo with all the amenities and very friendly community atmosphere. The pool was large, warm, tropical, and inviting. We would definitely stay there again. Host communication was great!

Property was OK. I cleaned the floors - as best as I could and along refrigerator and counter was ridiculous. We did rewash all dishes and towels before use. One time the dishwasher dispenser for soap did not open for us so that may have been the issue Disappointed with just one FOB for gate into community. Two friends (normally independent) rented and that was not a great option for us.

FEMA relief works - After we paid and upon arrival we were forced to sign a rental agreement with a background check, drivers license and social number for each of us. The condo is nice by nothing worked. Not the dishwasher. Electrical plugs on the kitchen wall. The washer sounded like it worked but the agitator did not move. The owner is next door and very nosy. After arriving the owner called to ask me recommendations for contractors. We wish we saved the money and gotten a hotel.
