About this house rental
Welcome to our breezy, two-bedroom home in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan! Kick back and relax while you're here taking advantage of all that Southwest Michigan has to offer! Our home is perfect for a weekend getaway, family trip, or any occasion that brings you to SW Michigan! It's only a ten-minute drive to multiple different beaches and downtown St. Joseph, or chose to stay in for the night and start a nice fire while relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck!
Inside the house you will have everything you need during your stay for cooking, coffee, and laundry. We have wi-fi available, Roku tv for streaming services, board/card games, and books for entertainment. There is a keypad entry for your connivence.
We do allow dogs, no cats please. We do require a $65 per stay fee (max 2 pets). You are welcome to include your pet in the booking or we can send a separate invoice. If you choose to bring them, there is a completely fenced area for them but please remember to pick up after them!

Had a great stay! Place is exactly as described. The backyard was very relaxing which is where we spent most of our time, by the fire pit. Communication with the host is the best I’ve ever experienced, responds almost immediately

This property was fine. Its a much older home, however the updates are nice. Its location is ideal given you’re a short drive to a lot of attractions. Host was nice and communicative.

Clean house, nice hardwood floors and amenities. Great kitchen necessities. Beautiful outdoor space. The hot tub was enjoyable and the outdoor lights are pretty at night. Amazing stay

Although the house all the filters, dryer vents and toaster were dirty. The floors under the furniture had not been cleaned in a while. The kitchen sink drain seems to be clogged since the water from one sink drained into the other. Several of the windows did not have coverings. There was evidence of scented products in use that affected breathing. There are only enough place settings for four people. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was a nice feature. Outdoor receptacle handy, we used to plug in our EV. House is close several beaches and good restaurants, like Coaches, and The Brick House.
