The cottage is also a short drive from Leuchars train station, which is great for accessing Edinburgh and is the mainline to London.
The Neuk is the perfect location for a couple looking to relax in a cosy, fully equipped cottage with beautiful countryside and estuary views. Please note The Neuk is adult-only and unfortunately is not suitable for children or babies.
The Space
Offering 50 m² of accommodation, upon entering The Neuk you will find a cosy porch area hosting a dining table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or meals in the evening — the porch also has golf club storage. From the porch, you enter the hallway, which leads to the bathroom, living room, and then the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar which seats two. A rear door in the kitchen leads out to the south-facing garden, which is on two levels with a patio area and grass area.
The property has its own private entrance, with a shared footpath from the off-road parking area to The Neuk's entrance. For the comfort and safety of all guests, the use of BBQs is strictly prohibited at this property.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much. It was peaceful and quiet but a short trip to town. Everything was as listed. The accommodations were lovely. We highly recommend this listing.
