Welcome to a peaceful island getaway. Our Water View Villa is always cleaned and disinfected before every arrival. For your comfort, we provide cleaning supplies during your stay as well. All linens including pillow protectors, sheets, blankets, bedspreads and mattress protectors are white, bleached, and washed in hot water for each guest.

Free WiFi (we’ve worked remotely here without issues; please note that on a small island, heavy multi-device usage may occasionally affect speed)
Use of the marina boat ramp included

Fish and boat cleaning station on property-please clean up and go by the rules
Canoe/kayak launch ramp on site
Washer/dryer in located in the downstairs storage room
Inside the Villa
The main living area features updated wood-look flooring, while the bedroom offers a king-size bed and brand-new carpet (installed in 2025). Sliding glass doors provide easy deck access from the bedroom.
Flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom (cable included)
Smart TV in the living room (log into Netflix, Prime, etc.)
Books and games for your enjoyment
Regular coffee maker and Keurig one cup
Iron
Hair dryer

High-top table with two bar stools
Two chairs with ottomans
Two gravity chairs

Enjoy fresh Stone crabs at your local restaurants and seafood stores. Stone crab season is usually Mid-October-Mid May.
There are several local restaurants and a Tiki bar next to the Flying Pelican restaurant.
You can also explore with trips to Goodland, Marco Island and Naples.

Water View Villa is the best place to stay of it's size in Everglades City! We have been visiting Everglades City for over 25 years & have stayed many places. Kim is an amazing host & the villa is clean, comfortable, & has an a fabulous screened porch to relax after busy days fishing & kayaking. We stay here whenever we get the chance.

As first timers to Everglades City, not sure what to expect, we fell in love with the area! Thing to do if you want, or just sit and relax by the pool. Restaurants in the area were amazing. And it’s a nice drive to Goodland or Marco if so desired. We sat out on the screened porch a lot, and enjoyed the location of the condo. Kim is so very attentive to anything you may need!
