Excellent view, private dock with deep water, located adjacent to Billy Dreher Island State Park, one of the best fishing areas in the Southeast US. Big water views. Three ensuite bedrooms all on different levels for privacy. Well appointed kitchen. Gas grill on patio. Beautiful views of the big water and sunsets. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. 5 star. Great for kids. Super location for fishing tournaments. Eco tourism, water sports, pontoon rental available. Publix grocery in Chapin. Fifteen minutes from Chapin restaurants. Great location on Lake Murray. 50 min from Columbia airport. Excellent location for USC - University of South Carolina visits or graduations.

This was the perfect property to stay for my daughter’s wedding in Columbia. The house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable for relaxing each evening between wedding events. Host was very responsive. I would stay here again.
