Come and enjoy this cozy corner, in all seasons.
In summer, you will have a good time on the terrace and in winter you will have a snowmobile track practically in the yard!

Property that can accommodate 8 people. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated.
It is located in a quiet area and close to outdoor playgrounds.
Access to the river, tranquility assured and no neighbors in front.
On-site amenities include a TV, raclette stove, patio set and much more.
Rooms by floor:
Ground floor: main entrance, living room with desk, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with King bed, bedroom with two Single beds, bathroom with shower and laundry room.
2nd floor: two bedrooms with Queen-size beds, bathroom with bath and shower.
Nearby: hiking trails, snowshoeing, skating rink, ice fishing, dog sledding (Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier), canoeing and kayaking, golf courses, bike path, restaurants, snowmobile trails, etc. .
Live the countryside close to the city.
Note that the indoor fireplace is not functional for the moment.
You have access to the whole house as well as the backyard.

Perfect for our week-long summer stay. The property is on a cul-de-sac so the neighborhood is very quiet. The St Anne River is in a public area at the back of the property which was nice. There was a fair amount of pedestrian and bicyclist traffic accessing the public area which is adjacent to the property. The property had all the kitchenware we needed to cook for the week. The seating in the living room was plentiful for our family of 6. The weather was unusually hot while we were there so it was warm inside in the afternoon/evening so A/C would have been beneficial. There are many screened doors and windows though, which helped. The wifi was fine for me to work remotely. The host was responsive to help us with a problem we had during our stay.
