This charming three bedroom, two and half bath townhome is nestled in the serene and peaceful Pinyon Creek HOA in Truckee, CA. Centrally located, it’s just a short distance from the best attractions in the Lake Tahoe area, making it the perfect getaway for every season. Whether you're skiing in winter, hiking in summer, or enjoying year-round outdoor activities, this townhome offers the ideal location for all your Tahoe adventures.
Upon entering the home through the attached garage, you’ll step into a spacious main level that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room. A cozy gas fireplace takes center stage in the living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a gas range stove, granite countertops, and island seating, making it a great space for preparing meals for family and friends. From the living room, you’ll have easy access to a private outdoor hot tub area, complete with seasonal seating, ideal for unwinding after a long day.
Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, and an ensuite bath with a jacuzzi tub, his-and-her sinks, and a large walk-in closet. Down the hall, the second full bathroom is conveniently located near the other two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The laundry room is also located on the second floor for added convenience.
