GREAT property is full furnished...Great Special 10% off..(1) One Bedroom...(1) Bath...NO SMOKING...PETS allowed with FEE , you are supplied with short term supplies any more you need to provide...This unit is for (2) people ONLY at this price you will have to include an extra fee for adults or children and a pet.... I you don't include in the booking it will be added... Thank you...Beautiful WATERFRONT Condo complete unit can be used for up to 4, PLEASE note the price is for 1-2, the additional adults are an additional $50.00 per week..even if more than one night.... for cleaning purposes (sheets, towels etc.....Sunroom is seperate with private glass door for private sleeping area.... the sofa bed in the living room is a double sofa bed Prefer min. 4 day rental @ $110.00 night

Full sized washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. This unit is only a 7 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico across the street with wonderful white sand beaches and public parking if desired... (but walk is so worth the few minutes). Grocery Stores, restaurants and other great shops to go to.... This is a must see!!! ..... There is a charge/deposit for PETS, 20lbs please take note.

The canal view was really pretty! We were able to get our kayak in and also did a little fishing out there. The condo was clean and quiet. We had a great time visiting with our daughter and SIL and enjoyed our stay overall!

Minor mishap with location in the listing but aside from that, the experience was great. Shawn was super helpful when I reached out with questions. I’d definitely stay there again. Location is fantastic for multiple dining options and beaches.

Location was nice and beach was in walking distance. Cleaning crew could have done better. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher, laundry still in the dryer, floors were dusty and dust pan was broken. Not well stocked other than coffee. Listed as 3 bedroom but only 1 actual bedroom. The couch was a pullout and very uncomfortable as the 2nd bed . The 3rd bed was a bench with a cushion and blinds didn’t work in sunroom where 3rd “bed” is. Would be better listed as a 1 bedroom for 2 guest.
