It is a basement where temperature gets rather low at night. It was 18.5 C. We requested for an additional blanket or a quilt which was not provided. Also when you are trying to sleep and people are walking on the upper floor it is fairly disturbing. Communication with the host was also only one way. We asked for an an iron which was lying in the room when we came back. Overall not a bad place if you can be comfortable in a cold and noisy place.
