Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with a large window that offers stunning panoramic views of the city, along with a spectacular terrace of more than 30 m². Equipped with a dining area, armchairs, and a relaxation area under various awnings, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Alhambra, the Cathedral, and Sierra Nevada.

The living room, with its sophisticated design, includes a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a dining area. Following this, you will find a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a 150x200 cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a lounge chair, all bathed in natural light.

The kitchen, recently renovated and fully equipped, offers a generous space with a table and chairs. The apartment also has two additional bedrooms, both exterior, with two 90x200 cm single beds, and privileged views of the Alhambra and the Cathedral from one of the rooms. Both rooms feature wardrobes and a lounge chair. A second spacious bathroom serves these bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.

The property is located in a building with an elevator, although there is a small staircase equipped with a stairlift.

Strategically located for exploring Granada, this apartment is just a few steps from the Cathedral, the monumental area, and a vibrant environment of shops, bars, and restaurants.
